Raymond Fu Wins the Fifth Side Event at the 2009 Asian Poker Tour Macau
The Chinese player put an emphatic end to the final heads-up matchup when he tabled pocket kings pre-flop against John Liang's K-Q. With no help coming for Liang post-flop, Fu won the trophy as well as the HK $52,500 first prize. Liang, on the other hand, walked away with HK $31,500 for his second place finish. When asked about his thoughts on the Asian Poker Tour's event in Macau so far, he summed up his opinion by simply saying: "I'll definitely be back here for the other events."
